End-User License Agreement

Gear Hubb US hereby grants you access to https://www.gearhubb.us/ (“the website”) and invites you to purchase the services offered here.

Definitions and Key Terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this EULA, every time any of these terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as:

  • Cookie: small amount of data generated by a website/app and saved by your web browser.

  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to GearHubb LLC, (28 Geary St STE 650 Suite #557, San Francisco, California 94108, United States), that is responsible for your information under this EULA.

  • Country: United States.

  • Service: refers to the service provided by Gear Hubb US as described in the relative terms and on this platform.

  • Website: Gear Hubb US’s site, accessed via: https://www.gearhubb.us/

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Gear Hubb US to use the Services.

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User”, “you” or “your”) and GearHubb LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Agreement governs the relationship between you and us, and your use of the Company Gear Hubb US.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the website you: (a) affirm that you have all necessary permissions; (b) acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement; and (c) accept and agree to be legally bound by its terms.

License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, GearHubb LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, revocable, and non-transferable license to:

  • Download, install and use the Software on one (1) Computing Device per single user license.

  • Access and use the Materials made available through the Software.

  • Receive updates and new features that become available during the one (1) year period from the date of purchase.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  1. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.

  2. Modify, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

  3. Remove or obscure any proprietary notice (copyright or trademark) of Gear Hubb US.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks that are part of the Software, shall always remain the exclusive property of GearHubb LLC. Nothing in this Agreement grants you a license to Gear Hubb US’s Intellectual Property Rights independently of the Software.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or GearHubb LLC. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your computer.

Governing Law

The laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application.
